Yoni Gutman is responsible for overseeing company operations and directing the planning, design, development, funding, construction, marketing, and property management for The Gutman Group’s real estate development projects throughout various markets of South Florida. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from University of Cambridge, Yoni has a keen artistic eye for stylish designs, and has built an outstanding track record as a real estate investor. He has a passion for finding diamonds in the rough and masterfully rehabbing them against all odds. Bringing years of experience and expertise in acquisitions, land development and construction, his elegant homes keep buyers happy while generating consistent returns for The Gutman Group’s investors. About : William H. Arthur IV
William H. Arthur IV, AIA, NCARB graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida and earned the AIA Henry Adams Gold Medal in 2011. William has worked in design, construction and planning in South Florida for more than 17 years, often in collaboration with his family’s practice in Architecture. William seeks to design from a perspective that is both Culturally and Historically-Minded. Since 2008, William has examined how buildings function with or without the use of air-conditioning, in both Miami and Havana, Cuba using a special travel license granted to him by the U.S. Treasury department. William continues to build upon the practices and techniques learned from this rare opportunity to utilize the local government as an asset rather than a challenge, and is invited return to Havana, Cuba annually to participate in an Urban Design Charrette hosted by local architects and city staff. William currently serves as lecturer at Florida International University, and as a critic at the University of Florida.

Paul N Brownell worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse in Miami and then Vice President, Tax at The Wackenhut Corporation. After over 25 years in tax and accounting, he started in the real estate and mortgage industry in 2001. In 2005, Paul joined with David Chambless as the qualifying Broker and owner of United Realty Group.

Jose Antonio Nodal was born & raised in Miami. He was the first person in the state of Florida to be a State Licensed General Contractor at the age of 21. As a second generation contractor, Mr. Nodal learned “on the job” with his father from a young age, and has since worked on residential, commercial & industrial projects. Mr. Nodal is known for his professionalism and ability to achieve high standards of construction in a cost effective and timely manner. Mr. Nodal is also licensed by the state of Florida as an electrical contractor, a home inspector, a mold assessor, and as a mold remediator. His education, skills, knowledge and experience are invaluable to The Gutman Group’s construction projects.
